Fantasy Impact:
Samuel joins Washington after a career year in Carolina, catching 77 balls for 851 yards and three touchdowns. He also totaled 200 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 41 carries. He’ll reunite with head coach Ron Rivera in Washington, and will immediately step into a WR2 role working in tandem with Terry McLaurin. Consider Samuel a low-end WR2 from a fantasy perspective catching passes from Ryan Fitzpatrick. This offense should be fun to watch.
