Chris Carson returning to the Seahawks on a two-year deal

RB Chris Carson is signing a two-year, $14.625 million contract with the Seahawks. The deal includes $5.5 million guaranteed. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Carson became an unrestricted free agent during the offseason, but ends up back in Seattle on a two-year deal. He led the Seahawks backfield over the last four seasons, rushing for 3,270 yards and 21 touchdowns across 45 games. The 26-year-old RB was limited to 12 games in 2020 due to a mid-foot sprain. Carson is expected to be the Seahawks featured back and is a surefire RB2 in upcoming 2021 drafts. He’s currently 21st among all running backs in the latest expert consensus draft rankings.
