Carolina expected to look to move Teddy Bridgewater

Following the acquisition of Sam Darnold, Ian Rapoport reports that the Panthers will look to either move Teddy Bridgewater or look at options to adjust his contract. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter )

Bridgewater signed a three-year, $63M contract with $33M guaranteed last offseason with Carolina. The Panthers are looking at a $22.9 million cap hit this upcoming year with Bridgewater's current contract. The Panthers still have P.J. Walker on the roster, who appeared in four games last year, as a backup option if they look to move Bridgewater. Will Grier is on the roster as well.
