The Carolina Panthers have selected Jaycee Horn with the No. 8 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. (Connor Hughes on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Panthers could have gone in a number of directions with the No. 8 pick, including a number of trade scenarios. Carolina acquired quarterback Sam Darnold this offseason but decided to use their first pick on a defensive back instead of an offensive lineman or a weapon like wide receiver DeVonta Smith.
