Ifeatu Melifonwu selected No. 101 by Detroit Lions

The Detroit Lions have selected cornerback Ifeatu Melifonwu with the No. 101 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact:
Melifonwu is a high ceiling, low floor cornerback prospect out of Syracuse. A press corner with insane athleticism and great length, Melifonwu has all of the tools to develop into a dominant number two capable of covering receivers and tight ends of all sizes. He needs to get more physical and clean up his tackling technique, but Melifonwu is a second round type of prospect from a sheer talent standpoint.
