The Los Angeles Rams have selected RB Jake Funk with the No. 233 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact:
Funk is a fundamental power-back, providing straight-line running with continuous leg movement that allows him to seldom lose yardage. He tore an ACL in 2019 but returned for the Maryland Terrapins in 2020, toting the rock 60 times for 516 yards and three touchdowns in just four games due to a shortened COVID-19 season. Funk also brings experience returning kicks, a trait Rams' head coach Sean McVay will likely tap into during his rookie season in Los Angeles.
