Zach Ertz absent from Eagles voluntary workouts

Jeff McLane of Phila Inquirer reports that TE Zach Ertz will not be attending the Eagles voluntary workouts until his situation is cleared. (Jeff McLane on Twitter )

This news is not very shocking. Ertz will not report for the remainder of the offseason programs as he looks to get traded or released. He's clearly stated that he wants out, but the Eagles aren't going to trade him for nothing. It's unclear if they will receive any offers for him. After an injury-riddled season, he will look to have a bounce-back year. If the Eagles can't find any trade partners, they will most likely opt to release him. This is a situation to monitor in the coming week.s
