Julio Jones traded to the Titans

The Atlanta Falcons have traded star WR Julio Jones and a 2023rd sixth-round pick to the Tennessee Titans in exchange for at a 2022 second-round pick and a 2023rd fourth-round pick. The move will save Atlanta $15.3 million in cap space. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

In a blockbuster deal, the Titans acquired star wide receiver Julio Jones for draft picks. The deal should be finalized within the next 24-48 hours. Jones gives the Titans another massive weapon in the passing game, which includes star WR, AJ Brown. Julio is one of the most consistent receivers in football and has recorded over a 1,000 yards receiving in seven of his 10 seasons with Atlanta. Jones is currently 13th among all wideouts in the latest expert consensus rankings, but expect that number to fall with the move to a run-first Titans offense.
