The Packers and Adams have been talking contract extensions for months now. They have officially broken off any extension talks, and are in a bad place according to Rapoport. This has been a drama-filled offseason for the Packers and doesn't look like it will slow down anytime soon. Adams certainly deserves a long-term contract coming off his best season of his career. He finished as the WR1 overall even though he missed a couple games. He caught 115 passes for 1,374 yards and 18 touchdowns in only 14 games. Packers are in a rough situation with QB Aaron Rodgers and WR Davante Adams. It's unclear if Adams will hold out if he doesn't get a long-term extension by the time the season rolls around.
