Los Angeles Chargers rookie OL Rashawn Slater has reportedly agreed to terms on a four-year, fully guaranteed deal with the team on Tuesday, per Ian Rapoport. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Slater was selected as the 13th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft and is projected to be the starting left tackle for the Chargers when Week 1 arrives. Quarterback Justin Herbert enters his second season after taking the league by storm with an impressive rookie season that saw him finish as the QB9 in half-PPR formats. With the official signing of Slater, Herbert could become a top-five fantasy quarterback with his blindside more secured, buying him more time to read through his progressions in the pocket.
