Randall Cobb traded to the Packers

Adam Shefter of ESPN reports that the Houston Texans have traded WR Randall Cobb to the Green Bay Packers. (Adam Schefter on Twitter )

Cobb also announced it on his Twitter page. Cobb has been a favorite of Aaron Rodger's and is a big reason why Rodgers is returning. He played for the Packers from 2011-2018 and was a favorite target of Rodgers. Cobb's best season came in 2014 with Rodgers when he caught 91 passes for 1,287 yards and 12 touchdowns. The Packers drafted Amari Rodgers and still have Allen Lazard and Marques Valdes-Scantling behind Davante Adams on the roster, but Cobb should be able to carve out a role in the offense. He's a late round dart throw due to the touchdown upside in the Packers offense.
