Fantasy Impact:
Parker was one of four Dolphins players placed on the PUP list to open camp, including Preston Williams. Parker can be removed at any time. He figures to compete for targets in what has become a more crowded offense this season with the additions of Will Fuller and Jaylen Waddle.
