Nick Chubb inks three-year extension with Browns

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that RB Nick Chubb and the Cleveland Browns have reached agreement on a three-year, $36.6 million extension, with $20 million guaranteed. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Chubb was coming into his final year of his rookie contract, but was able to secure a lucrative three-year extension to remain in Cleveland until age 29, when he becomes a free agent. Despite playing only 12 games last season, his 1,067 rushing yards were good for seventh most in the league. He additionally scored 12 touchdowns, more than in his previous two seasons. If fantasy managers had any issue with his game, it'd be his receiving production, as he recorded only 16 catches last year. Regardless, Chubb is an easy first-round pick and arguably top-5 at his position.
