DeVante Parker activated from PUP list

The Miami Dolphins have activated WR DeVante Parker from the PUP list, and he is available to begin practicing with the team, per Ian Rappoport of NFL Network. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Parker spent the first week of camp on the PUP list. He broke out with 1202 yards in 2019 but will be competing this year for targets with talented new teammates Jaylen Waddle and Will Fuller V.
