Preston Williams is placed on reserve/COVID-19 list

The Miami Dolphins have placed WR Preston Williams on the reserve/COVID-19 list, which will hold him out of practice with the team, per Ian Rappoport of NFL Network. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Williams began camp on the PUP list as he is still recovering from a foot surgery he received last season, now he finds himself sidelined due to COVID issues. Williams has rare size at six foot five and has flashed good play but struggles to stay healthy. The Dolphins WR room was stocked up largely by adding Jaylen Waddle and Will Fuller in the offseason. Williams isn't in danger of being cut. Still, this allows an opportunity for the players behind him, and final cuts will factor in special teams play and availability.
