Quenton Nelson to undergo foot surgery

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Colts All-Pro G Quenton Nelson is set to have surgery on Tuesday to repair a bone issue in his foot. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Schefter adds that Colts HC Frank Reich said the foot injury is "like Carson Wentz," and Nelson is likely to be on a similar recovery schedule of 5-12 weeks. Nelson has been arguably the best overall interior lineman since entering the league in 2018. He's been voted first-team All-Pro three consecutive years and is a crucial piece to consistent offensive line play for the Colts.
