Mike Boone to be placed on IR

Ryan O'Halloran of The Denver Post reports Broncos RB Mike Boone will be placed on Injured Reserve once the 53-man roster is set. (Ryan O'Halloran on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This allows Boone to return during the year rather than be out the entirety of the season. Boone was not primed to be involved in the RBBC committee that rookie Javonte Williams and veteran Melvin Gordon will make up, but he would be their reliever and take a bulk of carries if one were injured.
