Fantasy Impact:
Mullens, who was recently released by the Eagles, is more well-known for his time with the 49ers over the last three seasons. He'll likely remain a depth piece behind Browns QB Baker Mayfield, but is someone that has shown the ability to spot start games should Mayfield get hurt.
