Devonta Freeman inks deal with the Ravens

Devonta Freeman is signing with the Baltimore Ravens' practice squad. The idea is that Freeman will be promoted to the Ravens' active roster. (Adam Shefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Freeman being signed quickly makes this Baltimore backfield murkier. Le'Veon Bell was just signed to the practice squad and Ty'Son Williams was already in line for the backup role prior to Gus Edwards' season ending injury. The former Falcon has looked like a former shell of his prime, although the Ravens saw enough to sign him. No one knows who the big pickup will be from the Baltimore backfield but fantasy managers should certainly pick up one of the available pieces given the Ravens' running desire.
