NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting trade talks between teams of interest and the Texans could pick up around the November 2nd trade deadline for QB Deshaun Watson. (source)

Fantasy Impact:

Watson will likely be a healthy scratch as long as he is a member of the Texans. However, while trade talks involving have been a rollercoaster ride all offseason, they have died down now that the regular season is beginning and rosters are set. However, things can change around the trade deadline. Previous teams of interest -- Dolphins, Eagles, Panthers, Broncos -- could have a change of heart depending on how their slated QB1s play in the first half of the year. Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Texans are seeking a combination of six players and/ or draft picks as compensation. As we stand, Watson is not on the Commissioner's Exempt list but his legal issues appear far from over. There is no clear-cut end in sight, which is why he has yet to be moved out of Houston.
