Michael Carter only mustered 20 scrimmage yards on just five touches in the Jets' Week 1 loss to the Panthers.
Carter received a lot of hype throughout the offseason and fantasy managers drafted him as an RB3. While this was just his first game, it's hard not to be disappointed in this first showing. He received four carries and finished with just six yards. Most fantasy managers were expecting him to be heavily used in the passing game, but that also did not come to fruition in Week 1. He received only two targets, catching one for 14 yards. Carter is best left on benches moving forward.
