Henry Ruggs III caught two of his five targets for 46 yards on Monday night while also working kick return duties.
Fantasy Impact:
Ruggs figures to be a boom-or-bust player in 2021, as the Raiders simply continue to refuse giving him any looks aside from deep balls and a rare wide receiver screen. If the Raiders want to truly unlock Ruggs' potential, they need to start getting him in crossing routes that get him in space while still showing off his speed. Until that happens, Ruggs can't be trusted as anything more than a WR4/5.
