Will Fuller V will not play Week 2 vs. Bills due to a personal issue

Dolphins wide receiver Will Fuller will miss the team's Week 2 matchup against the Bills due to a personal matter, head coach Brian Flores announced Friday. (Cameron Wolfe on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Fuller missed Week 1 because of a suspension dating back to last season but was set to make his Dolphins debut in Week 2. However, that debut will have to wait at least another week while he deals with an undisclosed personal issue. With Fuller out, DeVante Parker and Jaylen Waddle figure to once again be quarterback Tua Tagovailoa's primary targets in the passing game.
