Rashaad Penny officially inactive for Week 2

Fantasy Impact:
Penny did not practice all week long, ultimately drawing a “doubtful” designation on Friday. Last week, he played seven offensive snaps, rushing two times for eight yards. The former first-round pick has struggled to secure a fantasy-relevant role through three-plus years in Seattle. Alex Collins will back up Chris Carson against the Titans this week, but DeeJay Dallas could get involved, too.
