After a sluggish Week 1 performance, Michael Carter shows signs of being the best running back for the Jets moving forward.
Carter received 11 carries in Week 2, which was second on the team. He was, however, the leading rusher and finished with 59 yards. He averaged a healthy 5.4 yard per carry and had a long run of 14 yards. He also received three targets and caught two of them for 29 yards. If Carter continues receiving 10–12 carries a game with 3–5 targets a week, Carter will have weekly flex appeal in PPR leagues.
