Davis Mills officially named Texans' Week 3 starter

Fantasy Impact:
The 22-year-old was the organization's third-round pick this season. In relief of Tyrod Taylor in Week 2, Mills completed 8-of-18 passes for 102 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He isn't a recommended fantasy option, but the Panthers D/ST certainly is.
