George Kittle logs 92 yards in SNF defeat

by Jon Mathisen | 49ers Correspondent | Mon, Sep 27th 1:49am EDT

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle caught 7-of-9 targets for 92 yards in a 30-28 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

The targets, receptions, and yards were all season highs for the tight end. He had a clutch 39-yard catch and run on 3rd & 10 late in the fourth quarter as San Francisco drove down to score the go-ahead touchdown with less than a minute remaining. Unfortunately, the lead would not last as Mason Crosby nailed a 51-yard game-winning field goal as time expired. Through three weeks, Kittle has 15 catches for 187 yards but has yet to score a touchdown. He'll look for his first score in week four when the Seahawks come to town.
