Carson Wentz (ankles) officially active for Week 4 vs. Dolphins

Colts quarterback Carson Wentz is officially active for the team's Week 4 matchup against the Dolphins in Miami. He was listed as questionable as he continues to recover from sprains to both ankles. (Colts on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Wentz injured both of his ankles two weeks ago but was able to suit up in Week 3 against the Titans, so there was little doubt he would be able to go for Week 4. Through three games, Wentz has completed 64 of his 106 attempts for 692 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception while rushing for 60 yards. The Colts are off to a slow start and Wentz isn't his usual mobile self right now, so he isn't much more than a low-end QB2 this week.
