Texans WR Brandin Cooks caught 5-of-7 targets for 47 yards in Sunday's Week 4 loss to the Bills.
Fantasy Impact:
For the fourth straight week Cooks led Houston in targets and receptions. He is a must-start in all formats regardless of quarterback situation.
