Fantasy Impact:
Not ideal. San Francisco has a bye in Week 6, which will give Lance a chance to heal, but it'll also give Jimmy Garoppolo (calf) more time to recover as well. It's unclear how the 49ers will start at quarterback in Week 7. It's also unclear who will be healthy for that matchup. Fantasy managers likely won't have answers for the next 7-10 days.
