Fantasy Impact:
Collins, a rookie, saw his season debut come to an abrupt halt in Week 1 when he suffered a shoulder injury that led to an IR stint. He returned last week, catching four passes for 44 yards. His presence for Sunday’s game comes as little surprise; nothing this week suggested Collins would be unable to suit up.
