Kenyan Drake saw a season high 14 carries on Sunday, rushing for 69 yards and a touchdown. He also caught all three of his targets for 10 yards.
After teammate Josh Jacobs went out with a chest injury, Drake was left with a large rushing role and he definitely delivered. Drake wasn't given the lead role when Jacobs went down earlier this season, but with Peyton Barber being a healthy scratch Drake got his chance in Week 7. The Raiders will have w much needed bye in Week 8, but if Jacobs misses any time beyond that Drake could be looked at as a solid fantasy play. Barring that the team goes back to Barber instead.
