San Francisco 49ers Running Back Elijah Mitchell carried the ball 18 times for 107 yards and a touchdown in a 30-18 loss to the Colts on Sunday night.
Fantasy Impact:
Mitchell dominated the backfield touches for the 49ers on Sunday, racking up 57 yards and a score on San Francisco's first possession of the game. He out carried JaMycal Hasty 18-3 but did cede third downs to him. The 23-year-old rookie showed some good burst vs. the Colts, though, and is now up to 296 rushing yards on 63 carries (4.7 yards per rush) this year. He's also added 30 yards receiving and should remain the top option in the 49ers backfield next week against the Bears.
