Deshaun Watson won't be dealt to Carolina, only waiving no-trade for Miami

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports the Panthers aren't expected to pursue Texans QB Deshaun Watson at this time. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rapoport adds that Watson only waived his no-trade clause for the Dolphins. The legal ramifications still make a potential trade feel unlikely, but rumors have gained steam in recent days. If Watson plays this season he would certainly have low-end QB1 fantasy value at worst.
