Derrick Henry to undergo foot surgery Tuesday, no timetable given

Titans coach Mike Vrabel says RB Derrick Henry will undergo foot surgery on Tuesday morning. No timetable was given for his return. (Adam Schefter on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Tennessee is obviously holding out hope that Henry will be able to return later this season. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network notes that Henry will be sidelined for 6-10 weeks, which will give fantasy managers pause as to whether or not they should hold onto him. Any team with an open IR spot should do so, of course. Jeremy McNichols is the next man up on the roster, but the team is also working out Adrian Peterson on Monday. McNichols will be worth adding off waivers but expectations should be tempered until we have a better idea of how the Titans will utilize him moving forward.
