Jordan Love throws touchdown and interception in underwhelming debut

by Avram Avramov | Packers Correspondent | Mon, Nov 8th 8:09am EST

Green Bay QB Jordan Love completed 19-of-34 passes for 190 yards along with a touchdown and interception as Packers lose 7-13 to the Chiefs in Week 9.

Fantasy Impact:

With QB Aaron Rodgers out of Week 9's game due to testing positive for COVID-19, Love made his debut for the Packers in what was ultimately a very underwhelming performance. The fact that Love couldn't put up more than seven points on one of the worst defenses in the NFL should tell you all you need to know. Week 9 proved two things for Green Bay, first they desperately need Rodgers back if they want to be contenders of any kind and secondly Love probably isn't ready to lead the team quite yet. Look for Love to be dropped across all fantasy leagues once Rodgers returns for the Packers.
