Fantasy Impact:
Mooney has been limited in practices for most of the season with the groin injury, so there was never much doubt regarding his status for Monday Night Football. The second-year receiver has emerged as Justin Fields’ preferred target and should see his weekly ceiling and floor continue to rise as his rookie quarterback develops.
