Per Dianna Russini of ESPN, there is optimism in Tennessee that RB Derrick Henry (foot, IR) will be able to return in early January for a potential playoff run. (Dianna Russini on Get Up)

Fantasy Impact:

Henry underwent foot surgery in early November with no concrete return date in place. However, it looks like there is now some more clarity on the matter as the Titans are hopeful they can get their star RB back come early January which would coincide with a potential playoff run for the team. For fantasy purposes this means that Henry should not be expected back this season. Fantasy managers will have to continue to rely on a combination of D'Onta Foreman and Adrian Peterson, neither of which can replace Henry. Foreman seemingly has the higher ceiling, but both RB's will have their upsides limited if the Titans continue to split work between the pair, making them hard to trust.
