San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk caught 7-of-7 targets for 85 yards and a touchdown in a 30-10 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.
Aiyuk operated as the Niners' number one receiver with Deebo Samuel primarily being used as a running back to shore up the Niners battered backfield. Aiyuk came up big, catching all seven of his targets and scoring his third touchdown of the season on a six-yard strike from Jimmy Garoppolo. The second-year receiver has scored in two of three weeks and has been trending in a positive direction for a month. He should be viewed as a mid-tier WR2 next week when San Francisco hosts the Vikings.
