Barkley was listed as questionable coming into the weekend, so this is good news for fantasy managers who were banking on starting him. This will be his first game back in six weeks. Barkley's talent keeps him in the weekly RB1 conversation, but Tampa Bay's stout run defense isn't an ideal matchup.
