Fantasy Impact:
Not only is it surprising to learn of Mayfield's inactivity given earlier reports suggesting he would practice, but the designation of a groin injury is a new one. A myriad of injuries, including his left shoulder and foot, have marred the Cleveland signal-caller of late. Such news does not bode well for the fantasy viability of Mayfield nor the team's receiving options ahead of Sunday's road game against the Baltimore Ravens.
