Zack Moss officially inactive for Week 12

Fantasy Impact:
Moss is a healthy scratch this week. Although Moss offers youth, the Bills are making change after losing two of their last three games. Instead, they will use Devin Singletary and Matt Breida in Week 12. Singletary figures to be a low-end RB3 while Breida is a mid-range RB4. Moss can be dropped in most redraft formats.
