Jared Goff tosses for two touchdowns in return from injury

by Kyle Williams | Lions Correspondent | Fri, Nov 26th 6:37am EST

Lions QB Jared Goff completed 21 of 25 passes for 171 yards with two touchdowns and a lost fumble during Thursday's 16-14 loss to Chicago.

Fantasy Impact:

After returning from an oblique injury, Goff looked up and down during his Thanksgiving start. The first quarter Goff and former Ram Josh Reynolds connected on a deep touchdown drive. For the remainder of the game, Goff and the Lions looked miserable as the passer threw for just 171 yards total, his second time on the year failing to hit 200 yards. The Lions should be Thankful on Thanksgiving to potentially have a new QB next year so they don't continue to watch Goff's miserable play. Note, he extended his streak of not winning a game in his career so far without Sean McVay.
