Fantasy Impact:
Brown is expected to play after missing Week 11's win over the Bears with a thigh injury. While he is banged up, he should return to all fantasy lineups facing a Browns defense allowing the 19th most FPPG to enemy wideouts. The matchup is middling, but In his last two games against the Browns, he's gone for 100+ yards or a touchdown. Brown has drawn 12+ targets in each of his past three games overall.
