Green Bay RB Aaron Jones returned from an MCL injury in Week 12 and saw 10 rushes for 23 yards along with only one target which he failed to haul in as the Packers beat the Rams.
While it was great to see Jones return from his MCL injury in just one week it was clear to see that the Packers didn't want to overburden him as the usage for Jones wasn't remotely comparable to what it would normally be. Jones basically ended up being a decoy as RB A.J. Dillon remained the lead rusher on Sunday. However, with the Packers heading into their bye in Week 13, this should provide an excellent opportunity for Jones to heal fully and return to his normal workhorse role. After that point Jones should regain his status as the Packers' primary rusher and a borderline RB 1 play in fantasy.
