David Johnson (illness/thigh) not expected to play in Week 13

Texans RB David Johnson (illness/thigh), officially listed as 'questionable', not expected to play in Sunday's Week 13 game vs the Indianapolis Colts. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Without Johnson, Houston figures to have RB Rex Burkhead carry the bulk of the workload against an Indianapolis defense that has allowed the ninth-fewest points to opposing RBs this year. That said, even though Burkhead should theoretically handle a lot of the rushing work, Houston has curiously distributed running back touches throughout this season. Baking in the risk, Burkhead can be thought of a decent flex/RB3 consideration for fantasy managers with the understanding things can go awry.
