Frank also adds that Sirianni believes that G Brandon Brooks and C Jason Kelce will also be able to play in Week 15. As far as Howard is concerned, his return to the Eagles backfield in Week 15 would only continue to muddy the running back by committee Philadelphia has deployed of late, but fantasy managers still have time between now and Week 15 to consider the potential ramifications.
