Fantasy Impact:
The rookie will return for Sunday's Week 15 game against the Dolphins. Tevin Coleman and Ty Johnson will likely both be active as well, but Carter is undoubtedly the preferred fantasy start of the trio. How the touches are distributed will determine whether Carter is a RB2 in fantasy or more of a RB3.
