Taylor Heinicke clears COVID-19 protocols

Fantasy Impact:
Heinicke hasn't yet been officially activated off the Reserve/COVID-19 list, but should be later on Thursday. He'll obviously immediately return as Washington's starting quarterback. It's highly unlikely that fantasy managers in a single-QB league are going to need to rely on him in the semifinals of their playoffs, but he's not the worst option in a two-quarterback league in a matchup with Dallas where Washington will likely be chasing points.
