Za'Darius Smith has been designated to return and his practice window has opened as a result. Though Smith is eyeing a return for the playoffs he is not guaranteed to play in Green Bay's first playoff game. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Smith's practice window opens up this week which will help him get ready for the Green Bay Packers' first playoff game. Green Bay has a week off due to locking down the top seed in the NFC, so Smith should get some decent reps before his first game back. There is no official date of return, meaning Smith could miss part of the playoffs still. When healthy Smith has achieved the double-digit sack mark in 2019 and 2020. In 2021 he missed nearly the entire season due to injury.
